Here's Chapters 16 and 17 in the ongoing "Michael Brecker Podcast" by Bret Primack (Jazz Video Guy). This all emanated from a two-hour Skype conversation we had a few months back about the great Mikey B. It was one of many remote lectures and interviews that I did for colleges and radio stations in promoting my book "Ode to a Tenor Titan: The Life and Times and Music of Michael Brecker," which came out late last year. Bret, being so very adept with technology (as he has been since launching his Jazz Video Guy channel on YouTube in 2006), was able to then expertly edit our long-winded segment into separate "chapters," inserting clips of Michael in action to demonstrate the various points we covered. It's a Herculean effort. Well done, Bret!
